Spirit

How about, any activity with a purpose beyond the self. Why we do things is as important as what we do. How successful is something you do if it only benefits you? Learn about what makes you tick and what really motivates you. The more we search, the more we find we have in common and that we are all connected. Spiritual activity doesn't need a special time and place set aside, it can be every moment.
